Judith Bollinger, WG’81, PAR’14, Honorary Co-Chair

Mrs. Bollinger has more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industry in the US, Europe and Asia.  Most recently, she was the CEO of Judico Capital Pte. Limited, a Singapore-based hedge fund that she co-founded in 2011.  Mrs. Bollinger began her career as an equity analyst with Goldman Sachs in New York.  She covered the aerospace and the defense electronics sectors, and she was ranked by Institutional Investor Magazine as one of the top three analysts covering these sectors.  In 1993, Mrs. Bollinger relocated to the Goldman Sachs London office to become Head of UK and European Research. In 1999, she joined ABG Securities, a Swedish brokerage firm, first as Head of Research and later as CEO.  As CEO of ABG, she helped to execute its merger with Sundal Collier in 2001.

Mrs. Bollinger has served on commercial boards as well as non-profit boards.  She served for 13 years as the Chairman of ABG Sundal Collier, a Norwegian Investment Bank.  She is a trustee emeritus of the University of Pennsylvania.  She serves on the University’s Investment Board as well as the Investment Board for Kalamazoo College, Michigan.  She is member of the Board of Overseers for the Penn Libraries and served as the board’s chairman for six years.  She served for ten years as an Overseer of the Wharton School and a member of the Wharton Executive Board for Asia.

Mrs. Bollinger’s charitable interests focus primarily on education and libraries.  In addition to her service for the Penn Libraries, she serves on the Advisory Board of the Ransom Centre, the special collections library at the University of Texas, Austin.  She is a supporter of the National Library of Singapore, with a focus on digital collections.
